Returns Policy

***Returned items need to be in a padded secure envelope to prevent further damage to them or they will not be replaced.

You may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We must be notified within 7 days if the item is not correct or arrived damaged.

We offer a 3 month guarantee on our jewelry. If you find a piece has broken in that amount of time we will replace it for exact item unless this item is no longer available. Then we will replace for equal value.

Be sure you are following all jewelry care rules. Do not sleep in your jewelry, do not wear in shower or pool, do not put on before lotions or hair sprays. All of these will potentially damage the item and if we can tell these things happened we will not honor our return policy. 


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Items ship 1 to 2 weeks after order is received. (We are currently running at approx 5 business days to ship)

If it has been less than 14 business days since your order was paid it is not considered late. 

You should receive a tracking number when shipping has processed. Sometimes shipping labels are printed while the order is in the que for processing, once the order has been picked up by the shipper it is then traceable.
