***Returned items need to be in a padded secure envelope to prevent further damage to them or they will not be replaced.
You may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We must be notified within 7 days if the item is not correct or arrived damaged.
**Be sure you are following all jewelry care rules. Do not sleep in your jewelry, do not wear in shower or pool, do not put on before lotions or hair sprays. All of these will potentially damage the item and if we can tell these things happened we will not honor our return policy.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
(We are currently running at approx 2 to 4 business days to ship) In busy times or unexpected situations it can take longer. This includes over holidays.
**Custom items including team colors or bridal take longer to process than regular orders.
If it has been less than 14 business days since your order was paid it is not considered late.
You should receive a tracking number when shipping has processed. If you pay with paypal it will be sent to your paypal email. If you pay with credit card it will be listed in the customer panel you can access by logging in. Sometimes shipping labels are printed while the order is in the que for processing, once the order has been picked up by the shipper it is then traceable.
**** IMPORTANT*** If you provide the wrong shipping address and your order does not arrive or comes back to us 1. You will need to pay to have it reshipped. 2. If you insist on a refund and it is your error, the shipping fee we have already spent will not be refunded. 3. If it is an error with USPS it needs to be handled with USPS. Thank you for understanding.
If USPS loses your package, please contact them. We will not be held responsible for their error.
If you are not in USA you may be charged duty by your country.
